Dabur India Limited's Cura Hongos antifungal cream (clotrimazole 1%, 2oz tubes) was found to have manufacturing deficiencies during an FDA inspection. The affected product (Lot #0003) does not meet U.S. manufacturing standards. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your medicine cabinet for Cura Hongos clotrimazole cream, 2oz tubes.
- If you have Lot #0003, stop using it.
