Good Neighbor Pharmacy Carbamide Peroxide 6.5% ear-cleaning solution was distributed with significantly reduced active ingredient (~0.6% instead of ~6–7%) and abnormal pH. The product may not work as intended for ear wax removal.
- Check your carbamide peroxide bottle for lot numbers 1505334, 1505143, or 1505151 (expires April 2027).
- Do not use if you have one of the affected lots.
- Contact your pharmacy or Good Neighbor Pharmacy customer service for a replacement or refund.
