General Mills recalled a limited quantity of frozen Cascadian Farm Organic Cut Green Beans (16 oz packages) after finding Listeria monocytogenes in one package. Listeria is a bacterium that can cause serious illness, especially in pregnant women, young children, and people with weakened immune systems.
