The recalled cakes were frosted and decorated with red velvet crumbs and it appears as red velvet layered cheesecake on the outside, but the actual cake inside is carrot cake layers cheesecake. Upon opening up the cake walnut pieces would be visible and layers are distinguishable between the carrot and red velvet.
