Moonlight Packing Corporation is recalling loose bulk yellow peaches (sticker label 4044) in multiple lots because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The peaches were distributed across the United States and Canada. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat yellow peaches with sticker label 4044 from Moonlight Packing Corporation.
- Check your home for peaches matching the affected lot numbers listed in this recall.
- Throw away affected peaches or return them to the store where you bought them.
- If you or a family member ate these peaches and feel ill, contact your doctor right away.
