Connecticut Crab Company LLC is recalling crab cakes produced on March 9, 11, 13, 16, and 18, 2026, that may have been stored at unsafe temperatures. This could allow dangerous bacteria called Clostridium botulinum to grow. The affected crab cakes were sold to food service businesses in New York and New Jersey.
- If you purchased these crab cakes, do not serve or consume them.
- Discard the product or return it to the supplier.
- If you or anyone else develops symptoms like muscle weakness, blurred vision, or difficulty swallowing after eating these crab cakes, seek medical attention immediately.
