Beekeeper's Naturals nasal spray recalled for microbial contamination

Beekeeper's Naturals is recalling one lot of its Saline Nasal Spray sold on Amazon because it contains elevated levels of yeast and may be contaminated with Aspergillus, a fungus that can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems or lung disease. The company has received four reports of sinus congestion, irritation, or infection potentially linked to this product.

  • Check your bottle's bottom or back label for lot number 5950 with expiration date 02/2028.
  • If you have this lot, stop using it and contact Beekeeper's Naturals at 1-888-759-6910 or contact@beekeepersnaturals.com for a refund.
  • If you have symptoms like sinus problems after using this product, contact your doctor.
  • Report any health problems to the FDA's MedWatch program at www.fda.gov/medwatch/report.htm or 1-800-332-1088.
