Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels recalled for contamination

Haleon is recalling four lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125mg (both 120-count and 72-count packages) distributed in mid-April 2026 due to potential contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based substance. No injuries have been reported.

  • Check your Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125mg packaging for the affected lot numbers
  • Stop using the product if you have one of the recalled lots
  • Contact Haleon or your retailer for instructions on returns or replacement
