Stop using Morovan nail polish remover
Morovan gel nail polish remover (15ml bottle, turquoise with white cap) was found to contain methylene chloride and chloroform—chemicals prohibited in cosmetics. Methylene chloride may cause cancer and is not allowed in cosmetics at any level under FDA regulations. About 4,000 units were sold on Amazon between August 2025 and January 2026.
- Stop using the recalled nail polish remover immediately
- Mark the bottle and packaging with the word "Recalled" in a prominent location
- Dispose of the entire product safely in your household waste according to local regulations
- Photograph the discarded product with the "Recalled" label visible and email the image to customer-service@morovan.com for verification
