Raaw Energy dog food recalled for Listeria monocytogenes contamination
Raaw Energy dog food recalled for Listeria risk
Raaw Energy is recalling multiple frozen dog food products produced between July 2025 and December 2025, plus one batch from March 31, 2026, due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Testing found some products positive for the bacteria. The company is taking precautions because not all products from the affected period were tested.
- Do not feed affected products to your dog. Check your Raaw Energy packaging for a date code matching the recalled dates listed.
- Discard recalled products in a secure way so people and animals cannot access them.
- Wash your hands thoroughly after handling pet food or touching your dog, and clean all surfaces and bowls that contacted the food.
- Contact your veterinarian if your dog shows signs of illness such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or lethargy.
- Seek medical attention if you experience nausea, vomiting, fever, or diarrhea after handling the food or contact with your pet.
Raaw Energy is voluntarily notifying the public of a recall involving products produced between 7/17/25 and 12/23/25 due to possible Listeria contamination. Another batch date is 3.31.26 Beef and Turkey Medley. While not all products from this period tested positive, this action is being taken out
