IF THE CONSUMER WERE TO FOLLOW THE ERRONEOUS INSTRUCTIONS, THE SEAT MAY NOT ADEQUATELY RESTRAIN THE CHILD IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH, POSSIBLE RESULTING IN INJURIES TO THE CHILD

Remedy

DJG WILL SEND CONSUMERS A CORRECTED LABEL. OWNER NOTIFICATION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING DECEMBER 2003. OWNERS WHO DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT DJG TOLL-FREE AT (866) 611-3022.
