COOPER TIRE WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPLACE THE TIRES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON MARCH 14, 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT COOPER TIRE CUSTOMER RELATIONS TOLL-FREE AT 800-854-6288.
