VEHICLE OCCUPANTS MAY BE INJURED IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH SHOULD THE SEAT CUSHION FLIP UP OUT OF PLACE. ALSO, OUT OF POSITION SEAT CUSHIONS COULD INTERFERE WITH EMERGENCY EGRESS OF THE VEHICLE.
Remedy
C. E. WHITE IS WORKING WITH THE BUS MANUFACTURERS TO NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPAIR THE AFFECTED BUSES FREE OF CHARGE. OWNERS MAY CONTACT EITHER C. E. WHITE AT 1-419-492-5324 OR THEIR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER.
