If an awning falls, there is an increased risk of injury to anyone under the awning.

Remedy

Carefree has notified owners, and dealers will replace the mounting brackets, free of charge. The recall began on November 18, 2014. Owners may contact Carefree customer service at 1-800-621-2617.
