If the gooseneck ball does not remain secured, it can cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the Gooseneck Ball, free of charge. The recall began January 24, 2019. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is U40.
