A helmet that does not stay secured to the head or adequately protect the wearer from an impact increases the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Remedy
Matrix will notify owners and will reimburse the cost of the helmet. The recall began January 8, 2020. Owners may contact Matrix customer service at info@matrixhelmets.com.
