Driveshaft failure can cause a sudden loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
NTN will reimburse the vehicle manufacturers, and vehicle manufacturers will determine the appropriate remedy for their vehicles and provide owner notifications. General Motors owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020; Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006 or GMC customer service at 1-800-462-8782.
