Beacons that do not provide proper illumination may be less visible to wheelchair lift users, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Ricon will replace the TWS kits, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 11, 2024. Owners may contact Ricon customer service at 1-800-322-2884.
