Bicycle rack failure can allow a bicycle to detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Alltrade will provide a refund for the bicycle racks, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 12, 2024. Owners may contact Alltrade customer service at 1-888-526-1372 or service@alltradetools.com.
