- Q'Straint is recalling certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury. Dealers will inspect and replace retractors, free of charge.
