A TIE WILL BE INSERTED TO FASTEN THE WIRE BUNDLE TO THE METER BRACKET AND A CIRCUIT BREAKER WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE SECONDARY CIRCUIT WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
