THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE AND ANY INSTALLATION CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED UPON RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE ENGINE GUARDS, OR YAMAHA WILL REMOVE THE ENGINE GUARDS, IF THE OWNER DESIRES.
