THE TUBES IN RECALL TIRES WILL BE REPLACED WITH A 700R15 TUBE HAVING A TR13 VALVE AT NO CHARGE. OWNERS ARE BEING NOTIFIED BY GOODYEAR TIRE AND RUBBER COMPANY, NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 81T011000.
