Hazard

SPINDLE END FAILURE AND WHEEL SEPARATION COULD OCCUR ANDCONSTITUTE A HAZARD TO USERS OF THE ROADWAY, BYSTANDERS AND ADJACENT PROPERTY.

Remedy

REPLACE AXLES WITH AXLES MANUFACTURED WITH BUTT WELD SPINDLES, RATHER THAN THE ORIGINAL INTEGRAL SPINDLES.
