THE NUTS BACKING OFF WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN OPERATIONCAUSE THE WHEEL TO SEPARATE FROM THE AXLE, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLEACCIDENT.
Remedy
ADJUST THE TORQUE ON THE OUTER WHEEL NUTS.
