SEPARATION OF THE BRACKET AND THE PLATE CAN CAUSE ANYTOWED VEHICLE TO SEPARATE FROM THE TOWING TRUCK OR TRACTOR AND RESULT IN AVEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REPLACE THE MOUNTING BRACKET AND PLATE.
