WHEN THE HARNESS ADJUSTER FAILS, IT WOULD NOT PROPERLY LOCK THE SHOULDER BELTS IN PLACE. IF THIS OCCURS, THE CHILD MAY NOT BE ADEQUATELY PROTECTED IN A CRASH.

Remedy

FISHER-PRICE WILL PROVIDE OWNERS WITH A REVISED RESTRAINT ADJUSTER AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
