Sam's Choice Black Angus Beef Patties with Vidalia Onion may contain pieces of wood. About 89,568 pounds of the product were made between November 19 and December 9, 2015. The wood came from an ingredient supplier and was discovered during production. No one has reported getting sick.
- Do not eat these patties if you have them at home
- Throw them away or return them to where you bought them
- Check the use-by dates: 05/17/2016, 05/29/2016, or 06/06/2016
- Look for "EST. 394A" on the USDA inspection seal on the box
