Comeaux's Inc. recalled approximately 14 pounds of Cajun Hickory Smoked Pork Tasso packed on December 22, 2015, because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The contamination was discovered during a routine inspection. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat this product if you have it at home.
  • Throw away the recalled pork tasso or return it to the store where you bought it.
  • Check your freezer—the product may still be frozen.
  • If you are pregnant, elderly, or have a weakened immune system and develop flu-like symptoms within two months of eating this product, contact a doctor and mention the recalled food.
