Kettle River Products recalled frozen chicken alfredo pizza because the package label does not list wheat as an ingredient, even though the product contains it. The mislabeling happened when the company used the wrong label on the boxes. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer for 12-inch Kettle River Chicken Alfredo Pizza with lot codes 21343, 21349, 21362, or 22011
- Do not eat this product if you or anyone in your household is allergic to wheat
- Throw away the pizza or return it to the store where you bought it
