Vanee Foods shipped beef base product mislabeled as chicken flavored base. The beef base contains soy and wheat allergens that are not listed on the label, posing a risk to people with allergies. The affected product is Sysco Classic Chicken Flavored Base (lot code 02673) and was distributed to restaurants in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.
