Shirki's Meat in Dundee, New York is recalling approximately 1,062 pounds of Smoked Pork Andouille Sausage produced on November 26, 2014, because the packages contain peanuts that are not listed on the label. The contamination was traced to a spice supplier. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check your freezer for 30-pound bags marked EST. 18894 on the USDA inspection seal
- Do not eat the sausage if you or anyone in your household has a peanut allergy
- Return the product to the store where you bought it or throw it away
- Call your doctor if you or anyone in your home has an allergic reaction
