Harry & David fully cooked turkey recalled for missing sodium nitrate label disclosure

Don't eat Harry & David turkey from January 2016

Burger's Ozark Country Cured recalled about 1,240 pounds of Harry & David brand fully cooked turkey because the product label was placed incorrectly. The turkey contains sodium nitrate, but this ingredient was not listed on the label. The mislabeled products were produced and packaged in January 2016 and shipped to a distribution center in Ohio.

  • Check your freezer for Harry & David Ready to Heat Fully Cooked Turkey with box code V20HD2MV and lot numbers 3276 or 3286
  • Do not eat the product if you have a sodium nitrate allergy or sensitivity
  • Throw away the recalled turkey or return it to the store where you bought it
  • Call your doctor if you have concerns about a reaction
