Conagra Brands is recalling certain Healthy Choice frozen Power Bowls because they may contain small rocks. The affected products include chicken, turkey sausage, and burrito varieties sold nationally. No injuries have been reported, but the company is urging consumers not to eat these products.

  • Check your freezer for the affected Healthy Choice Power Bowls products listed in the recall (Chicken Feta & Farro, Turkey Sausage & Egg Scramble, or Unwrapped Burrito Scramble)
  • Do not eat these products
  • Throw them away or return them to the store
  • Contact your healthcare provider if you swallowed a rock or have concerns
