Roche brand ready-to-eat chicken bowls recalled for potential bacterial contamination

Do not eat Roche R Kitchen chicken bowls

Hans Kissle Company recalled approximately 6,348 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken bowls sold under the Roche brand due to a processing defect that may allow harmful bacteria to survive in the product. The affected products are Sweet & Sour Chicken and General Tso's Chicken in 16-ounce microwaveable bowls produced between December 1, 2016, and January 16, 2017. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these products if you purchased them
  • Throw away the bowls or return them to the store where you bought them
  • Contact your doctor if you become ill after eating these products
