Discard recalled beef from PFP Enterprises

PFP Enterprises in Fort Worth, Texas recalled about 15,865 pounds of beef products, including beef skirts, tenderloin, and preseasoned fajita beef, because they may be contaminated with harmful E. coli strains (O103, O111, O121, O145, O26, and O45). • Do not eat recalled beef; throw it away or return it to the store
  • Cook all beef to an internal temperature of 145°F with a 3-minute rest time to kill harmful bacteria
