Heywoods Meat Haus & Provision Co. recalled approximately 931 pounds of tasso (seasoned pork shoulder) produced between August 25, 2014 and January 14, 2015. The ground cumin spice used in the product may contain peanut residue, but peanuts were not listed on the label. The affected product was shipped to restaurants in Georgia.

  • If you have Heywoods Provision Company Tasso in 10-lb. cases (establishment number EST. 44805), do not eat it.
  • Return the product to where it was purchased or discard it.
  • Contact a doctor if you or anyone else has an allergic reaction after consuming this product.
