HEB Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Alfredo & Chicken meals were mislabeled as Chile Relleno products. The meals contain wheat, which is not listed on the label. This poses a serious risk to anyone with a wheat allergy.
- Check your refrigerator or freezer for 10-oz. HEB Meal Simple Chile Relleno trays with "USE BY" dates of 02/04/2019 through 02/09/2019
- Do not eat the product if you have a wheat allergy or sensitivity
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
