Nestle Prepared Foods Company recalled approximately 29,002 pounds of Lean Cuisine Fettuccini Alfredo frozen dinners produced on April 22, 2020. The product contains undeclared soy (a known allergen) and chicken that is not listed on the label or ingredients statement. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check your freezer for Lean Cuisine Fettuccini Alfredo with lot codes 0113587812 A, B, C, or D and "MAY 2021" on the side label.
  • Do not eat the product if you have a soy or chicken allergy.
  • Throw away affected packages or return them to the store where you bought them.
  • Contact your doctor if you consumed this product and have concerns.
