Don't eat Lee's hot pot base products
Rong Shing Trading Inc. imported approximately 3,365 pounds of Lee's brand hot pot base (a Chinese soup seasoning) from China, where beef products are not approved for export to the U.S. The products contain beef fat and lack USDA inspection approval. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat Lee's 52° Da Zhuang or Lee's 45° Da Zhuang hot pot base
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Call USDA at 1-888-674-6854 with questions about food safety
