Throw out Olymel Celebrity imported ham

Olymel S.E.C./L.P. is recalling approximately 6,804 pounds of Celebrity brand ready-to-eat ham that may contain Salmonella Enteritidis bacteria. The ham was packaged on November 5, 2020, and distributed to institutional customers in California. A routine safety test confirmed the contamination, though no illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Do not eat this product if you have it at home or at your facility.
  • Throw away any Celebrity EXTRA LEAN IMPORTED HAM with product codes 20309 11–91, 20309 21–91, 20309 31–91, 20309 41–91, or 20309 51–91.
  • Return the product to where you bought it if possible.
  • Call your doctor if you develop diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or fever within 6 days after eating this ham.
