Stop eating recalled beef jerky products from Utah

Prime Snax Incorporated recalled approximately 90,000 pounds of beef jerky products sold under multiple brand names because they contain soy lecithin, a known allergen that was not listed on the label. The affected products were produced before February 2, 2014, and distributed nationwide. No allergic reactions have been reported so far.

  • Check your beef jerky packages for establishment number "EST. 18951" and a best-by date before August 11, 2015
  • Do not eat the product if you have a soy allergy or sensitivity
  • Return the product to the store where you bought it or throw it away
  • Call your doctor if you think you may have had an allergic reaction
