Panola County Processing smoked sausage recalled for incomplete processing

Don't eat Panola County Processing sausage

Panola County Processing, LLC recalled approximately 59 pounds of smoked sausage products (pork and venison-pork varieties) produced on January 29, 2019, because of a processing error that may have left them incompletely cooked. The products were vacuum-sealed 1.3 lb packages containing four sausage links, packed January 30–31, 2019, and distributed to stores in Texas. No illnesses have been reported.
