Don't eat Mitten Gourmet pork rinds
Mitten Gourmet, LLC produced approximately 1,137 pounds of ready-to-eat pork rinds in multiple flavors (Parmesan Garlic, Pizza, Buffalo, Nacho Cheese, Jalapeño, Honey Mustard, Dill Pickle, Barbecue, and Salt & Pepper) without federal inspection between September 2023 and May 2023. The products were distributed nationally and do not carry the required USDA inspection seal.
