Interstate Meat Distributors ground beef and pork recalled for E. coli O157:H7

Do not eat Interstate Meat ground beef or pork

Interstate Meat Distributors recalled approximately 14,806 pounds of ground beef and ground beef-pork blend products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were produced on February 10 and 12, 2018, and distributed to Oregon, Utah, and Washington. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Do not eat these products if you purchased them
  • Throw away the meat or return it to the store
  • Check your freezer for affected packages with establishment number 965 on the USDA inspection seal and pack date code 04118 or 04318
