Fair Meadow Foundations liquid egg products recalled for undeclared milk allergen
MILKNationwide distribution
Don't serve Fair Meadow Foundations egg products
Michael Foods Inc. recalled Fair Meadow Foundations whole eggs with citric acid sold to restaurants and institutions because they were mislabeled. The products actually contain milk, a common allergen, but the label does not warn about it. This happened when cartons meant for a breakfast blend (which does contain milk) were accidentally used for the whole eggs product.
