Stop eating Oscars Hickory House sausage products
Oscars Hickory House, Inc. recalled three types of sausage products (rabbit, elk, and duck) because the labels do not list soy, milk, wheat, and sulfites as ingredients. These allergens are present in the products and can cause serious reactions in people with allergies. The sausages were produced between March 2014 and January 2015.
- Do not eat Oscars Smoke House Rabbit Sausage with White Wine, Elk Sausage with Apples/Pears/Port Wine, or Hickory Smoked Duck Sausage with Apple Jack Brandy in .75 lb packages
- Check your freezer for products with establishment number 4257 on the USDA mark
- Return the products to where you bought them or throw them away
- If you or a family member has an allergy to soy, milk, wheat, or sulfites and ate this sausage, contact your doctor
