Don't eat Johnsonville jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage
Johnsonville is recalling about 109,603 pounds of jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage because some packages contain hard green plastic pieces. The company received three complaints from customers who found plastic in the product. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer for the product with "best by" date 04/04/2018 and lot codes 1001124486 or 1001124487
- Do not eat the sausage
- Throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it
- Call Johnsonville Consumer Relations at 1-888-556-2728 with questions
