Throw out recalled frozen fish sausage and fish balls

Starway International Group is recalling frozen fish sausage and fish ball products imported from Vietnam because they came from a supplier not approved to export these items to the U.S. The products lack required USDA inspection marks. No illnesses have been reported, but the company is concerned some product may still be in stores or freezers.

  • Check your freezer for Xúc Xích Cá Fish Sausage (item 81142104), Xúc Xích Cá Xong Khoi Smoked Fish Sausage (item 81142106), or White or Fried Fish Balls (items 81142100, 81142101, 81142102, 81142103).
  • Do not eat these products.
  • Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them.
  • Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 if you have questions.
