Throw out Ukrop's Chicken Salad
Ukrop's Homestyle Foods is recalling chicken salad sold in 15-oz. containers with a sell-by date of 09/02/20 because the product may contain almonds but does not list them on the label. Almonds are a known allergen that can cause serious reactions in people with nut allergies. The product was distributed to stores in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
- Do not eat Ukrop's Chicken Salad in 15-oz. round plastic containers with sell-by date 09/02/20
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Check your refrigerator and trash if you purchased this product
- If you or someone in your home has a nut allergy and consumed this product, contact a doctor right away
